Meet Our New Team Member ~ Bruce Santos ~Bruce grew up in Milwaukee and in late childhood eventually moved to East Troy, a farm town just west of Milwaukee. Later there he met his wife Kerri who lived in the neighbor-ing town of Mukwonago. They lived in many areas such as Milwaukee, Waukesha, and Sussex before planting their roots in the small fishing town just west of Oshkosh called Winneconne. …read more!

Mildred was born on May 4th in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her and her husband, Donald, moved to South Dakota, where she worked as a nurse. She explained being a nurse in South Dakota as hard to work because of the brutal winters and long drives. …read more!

Laura
Laura was born in Beaver Dam in 1930. She has always loved Beaver Dam and has many fond memories of its history and legacy. Laura’s father was a milk hauler and remembers him working very hard for the family before he passed away when she was only three years old. …read more!
Staying Safe this Winter
Winter is here! Poet Edith Sitwell said, “Winter is time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and talk beside the fire: it is the time for home.”
