Gayle was born in Oconto and shortly after moved to a farm in Gillett, WI. After completing high school, Gayle went to college at UW Stevens Point for elementary education. Mabel was born and raised in Greenleaf, WI and lived there until she had gotten married to the love of her life, Donald. After getting married, Mabel and Donald moved to a farm in Pulaski. Mabel was always helping Donald on the farm and this is also where she raised her five children! …read more!

Doug was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. When he was 12, he started delivering prescriptions for a local pharmacy. When he turned 14 he was promoted to work inside the store, and by the age of 17 he was managing the store. Jeannette was born in Wausau, WI. During WWII she moved to Milwaukee. Her parents were employed in industries supporting the war effort. She learned how to cook during this time and helped raise their Victory Garden. The family moved back to Wausau following the war and Jeannette graduated from Wausau West in 1949. Laura is our staffing coordinator here and has been with Emerald Bay for over 4 years! She was born in California and had lived their until she was 10 years old.
