Welcome to BAKA Enterprises, Inc.
BAKA Enterprises, Inc. owns, leases and manages assisted living communities and is one of the fastest growing and well respected providers of senior living services and health care education in Wisconsin.
BAKA's mission is to provide home-like settings for mature adults, focusing on person-directed care with special emphasis on independence, dignity and choice, and to appropriately educate and train those individuals providing this care.
BAKA accomplishes this mission by remembering.....
• each person served has the right to direct his or her own care at all times.
• we work in our residents homes - they do not live at our jobs.
• to be respectful, smile and let our residents know how important their
happiness and well being is.
• to strive for excellence daily whether we are serving residents and
families, working with local healthcare providers, or simply interacting
with each other.
BAKA promotes team spirit by encouraging each employee to be the best they can be by using their talents, customer-service skills, energy and hard work to develop ideas to assist in meeting the needs of residents and families. We maintain our competitive edge with our great hospitality, alertness and willingness to respond quickly to residents' needs and concerns.
